Yoga

Practise with me in Forest Gate, East London. I currently offer the following classes:

Vinyasa flow & Power yoga

Strong and slow flow classes focussing on gaining greater physical awareness, building strength and endurance, surrendering to the breath and calming the mind through balanced and consistent sequencing and movement. 

Hatha

Based on the teachings of Sivanada, this is an all levels class that begins with pranayama (breathing exercises) and sun salutes, before moving into a sequence of postures integrated with relaxation and ending with a long savasana.

Restorative with Yoga nidra

A slow and gentle floor based yoga class followed by yoga nidra. Yoga nidra is a guided meditation and mindfulness practice where you lie on the floor and are transported on a journey through the whole body, releasing tension as you go, exploring breath, images and stories. You will sink into a deep state of relaxation, giving the mind a much needed rest, time to sort and file, time to let go, time to feel and space to discover.

All my classes encourage an attention to your own unique body, with gentle reminders to bring the mind back to the breath and your own personal journey and experience. I'm a firm believer in the power of savasana, so expect to fully let go and be guided into a deep state of relaxation at the end of each class!

06:45-07:45 - Vinyasa flow

Sunday (bi-monthly):

18:30-19:30 - Candlelit Restorative Yoga

Private clients

60mins - £40-£60

(private sessions up to 4 people if the space allows)
